1. Lay your clothing out the night before – Knowing your clothes are out next to your bed, sets your intention for the next morning
2. Have a plan – When it comes to fitness, you’re in charge of YOU! Exercise time is a non-negotiable meeting with yourself for 30-60 minutes. Be sure to pick a time of day that works for your schedule consistently AND plug it into your calendar EVERY Sunday (3-5 times) for the upcoming week.
3. Reward yourself – Acknowledge your hard work with a treat that is NOT food (manicure, enjoy a bath, buy some new workout gear OR relax with a movie)
